How to track your order?

Every Shipment has an assigned Airway Bill Number. An email will be sent with the AWB to your registered email address once the parcel is sent.  You can track your parcel after 12 hours of receiving the email. For any further queries please contact us on .

Please note some items or footwear may have labels removed by the manufacturer or wholesaler, this does not constitute as damage. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchanges on swimwear, accessories and any items of jewellery.

Please note that slight color difference should be acceptable due to the Photography,light and screen.

Customers requesting an exchange, will be sent out the exchanged item (same product) free of charge for a different size or color, please specify details of your replacement item(s) on the invoice that arrived with your order. Please Note: The customer should inform us regarding the exchange of the product due to damage or incorrect size within 7 days ( after receiving the product). If you receive a faulty item please email and details of the fault along with your Name and Customer Order No. we will then contact you to resolve the problem. In order for us to deal with your require immediately please attach a photograph of the faulty item.



We have no option for a customer to cancel an order once placed; you can get in touch without customer care within 3 hours of order being placed. If the order is in the processing stage, we can cancel it and refund the money as store credit to your registered account. In COD Case, once the package has been shipped it cannot be cancelled, but if one decides to reject the order, Shipping Charges will apply.

Please note the store credit is only valid for 3 months from the date it has been credited into your registered account. You cannot transfer your store credit to any other registered account in the system.
